Lavish Alice Retail Limited Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter and eligibility
1.1 The promoter of the Lavish Alice Pre-Fall Giveaway ("Prize Draw") is KCR Retail UK Limited, trading as Lavish Alice, of Building 1, Think Park, Mosley Road, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1FQ ("Promoter").
1.2 The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over with a valid UK address. It excludes employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected to the Prize Draw.
1.3 The friend tagged by the winning entrant ("Plus One") must also meet the criteria in clause 1.2 to receive a Prize.
1.4 The Promoter may ask any entrant or Plus One for proof of age and eligibility. The Promoter may refuse a Prize if proof is not provided.
2. How to enter
2.1 To enter, entrants must, on the competition post on Lavish Alice's official Instagram account @Lavishalice
1. Like the post; and
2. Tag in the comments the Plus One they would bring to their next occasion ("Entry").
2.2 Bonus entry: entrants who share the post to their Instagram story and tag @Lavishalice will receive one additional Entry. Their account must be public at the time of sharing so the Promoter can verify it. This step is optional.
2.3 Entries must be made between [19:00] on [01/10/2026] and [23:59] on [08/10/2026] (UK time) ("Prize Draw Period"). Entries received outside this period are invalid.
2.4 No purchase is necessary. Entrants may comment more than once, but each person can win only once.
2.5 No bulk, third-party or automated entries, or entries from fake or duplicate accounts, are permitted.
2.6 Entrants must follow any reasonable directions from the Promoter in connection with the Prize Draw. Failure to do so may invalidate an Entry or lead to a Prize being withdrawn.
3. Winner selection and contact
3.1 One winning Entry will be selected at random from all valid Entries on or around [12/10/2016] ("Winner"). The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.2 The Plus One is the friend tagged in the winning comment. If more than one friend was tagged, the Winner chooses one of them.
3.3 The Promoter will contact the Winner and Plus One by direct message from the official @Lavishalice account only. The Promoter will never ask for payment, card, or bank details.
3.4 The Winner and Plus One must reply within 48 hours and provide their name, delivery address, email and chosen item and size ("Details").
3.5 If the Winner does not reply within 48 hours, or declines the Prize, the Promoter may withdraw it and draw a new Winner at random under clause 3.1.
3.6 If only the Plus One does not reply or is not eligible, the Winner may nominate another eligible friend they tagged in the winning comment.
4. Prize
4.1 The Winner and the Plus One will each receive one item of their choice from the Lavish Alice Pre-Fall collection, up to £298 RRP per item each ("Prize").
4.2 There is one Winner and one Plus One, making two Prizes in total.
4.3 Prizes are subject to size and stock availability. If a chosen item is unavailable, the recipient may choose another Prize. Alternatively, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value, or an alternative prize.
4.4 Prizes will be delivered free of charge to a UK address within 28 days of the Details being received.
4.5 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. Prize items are not eligible for return or refund, except where they are faulty.
5. Publicity
5.1 The Promoter may publish the Instagram usernames of the Winner and Plus One on its official social media channels, website and app.
5.2 The Winner and Plus One agree to take part in reasonable publicity for the Prize Draw without further payment. This may include being tagged in a post or story featuring their Prize.
6. Entry requirements and content
6.1 The Promoter will exclude any Entry it deems unlawful, obscene, offensive, discriminatory or threatening, or likely to bring the Prize Draw or Promoter into disrepute.
6.2 By tagging a friend, entrants confirm they are comfortable with that person being tagged publicly on the Promoter's post.
6.3 By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reshare their comment or story on the Promoter's social media channels in connection with the Prize Draw. Entrants keep ownership of their content.
6.4 The Promoter will cooperate with any law enforcement request or court order relating to content posted in connection with the Prize Draw.
7. Liability
7.1 Except for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud, the Promoter is not responsible for:
1. Entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or not visible because of an account's privacy settings;
2. Any failure, outage or change to Instagram or any other third-party platform;
3. Prizes lost or delayed in transit because of incorrect Details;
4. Any technical failure, tampering or fraud affecting the Prize Draw; and
5. Any other matter outside its reasonable control.
7.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
8. General
8.1 This Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
8.2 The Promoter may cancel or amend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions if there are reasonable grounds to do so. Any changes will be announced on @Lavishalice.
8.3 By entering, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.
8.4 Personal data will be used only to run the Prize Draw and deliver Prizes, in line with the Promoter's Privacy Policy here
8.5 The Promoter may exclude any Entry it deems ineligible or invalid, at its discretion.
8.6 If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
8.7 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts
